The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, with easy access to good bars and a bus terminal. The rooms are cozy and cleaned daily with fresh towels, but we had issues with the shower not working properly. Despite this, the rooms have AC, adding to the comfort of the stay. The hotel offers helpful services like housekeeping and tours/ticket assistance. However, the dining options are limited to cream cakes, affecting the overall dining experience. The location is excellent, very close to the bus station and with a shuttle service to the Cancun airport available. Facilities are basic but sufficient for a comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the decor had a cute little touch that added charm.
